Bookings
All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit and/or provision of card details
to secure the accommodation, a minimum of 14 days in advance.
Cancellations
7 days notice will be required to cancel a booking. Cancellations of less than 7
days notice will result in the booking deposit being forfeited or a 15% charge
to the registered card details securing the room. Full payment will be required
for cancellations with of 2 days(or less) of the arrival date.
Breakages/Damage
In the event of breakages or damage, at our discretion a charge may be
levied equivalent to the replacement and/or repair costs.
Check-in
We offer a choice of two check-in times, either before 12.00 noon or after 17.00
hrs. Guests are welcome to drop off luggage at any time after 10.30 am.
